"Our driver didn't come into the terminal at all. It would have been very helpful to have had the vehicle details in advance so that we knew who we were looking for at the busy terminal. I was also asked to pay, and did pay, £25 cash for some parking which should have been included. Can we have that refunded? I have requested a receipt from RA Cars.
